Returns cannot be made without authorization. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Every effort will be made to meet requested or scheduled dates, but orders cannot be refused or cancelled if date is not met. Due to the special manufacture &/or assembly of your order, it is not subject to cancellation or reduction. Errors or omissions not corrected will be your responsibility. Orders that receive authorization to cancel, must be prior to production and may be subject to cancelization fees.
To permit careful factory inspection, industry standards allow for over/under runs of 5% - 10%. Orders will be billed for actual quantity shipped.
Website prices do not include shipping/handling charges or applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply depending on your order customization, such as but not limited to: 2nd color/2nd location run charges, specialty decoration run charge, additional setups, proof charges, color match charges, ink change charge, exact quantity charge, etc. Please request a quote if all costs are needed.
Clients may apply for terms. Terms are Net 10. 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually) will be added to all invoices over 30 days.
